“Really bad service from the team member, Andrew T who was dealing with me. He kept hassling me for a pound to give to a “charity” and tried to make me feel guilty and mean when I said no, because it sounded vague. He also lied and said the cars are always collected within 48 hours of contact, which I later found out to be untrue.”

Hi, Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We do work with various charities, which you can see more information about on our website, but our staff should not be hassling you for any donation. Quite often vehicles are collected within 2 working days (sometimes even the next day!), however this is dependent on how busy your local collector is at the time.
