“From the moment my wife crashed her car and she decided to give up driving I knew that I would be well looked after. Everyone at your company were without exception kind, friendly and helpful. The truck owner who came to pick the vehicle up arrived in good time, was expert in his role and very caring. All just wonderful!!”

“This website & more importantly the staff are very helpful. Phones are answered quickly & staff are very helpful, with good clear communication skills and a pleasant manner. I got a good deal for my car & the process was very quick (car collected in 24hrs) with no hassle from the salvage company or car collection company. All of whom were easy to contact & made the whole experience easy. I would 100% recommend.”

“Absolutely brilliant, Matt helped us out and we was really sceptical at first with the waiting for payments etc but everything was fast, hassle free and payments made when we was told and on time. Drivers who collected was brilliant and friendly. Answered all my questions and was very quick in replying and getting it done.”

“Whilst the communication was very good, I did NOT appreciate the attempt to lower the price from what was initially offered. The car was being sold as scrap / salvage so certain parts not working (in this case the convertible roof) should be irrelevant and the price I am quoted on the search engine should be final regardless of the condition as long as it meets the minimum. This is not clearly stated and it makes the process more akin to a car buying service rather than scrapping. Additionally, I live in a rural area so advised a larger transport would likely have problems. This was not effectively communicated to the pickup driver so arrangements had to be made for a different vehicle. In the end all was fine and it arrived on time, but the process should have been smoother. One HUGE problem I have is that the driver had no protective equipment or face mask, and did not properly abide by social distancing rules. This was very dangerous and considering I have a young family has made me very concerned about contracting COVID-19. Whilst the phone based customer service was generally good, this is rated low because of the end to end process having the failures mentioned above.”
