“The office was instructed to call us 30 minutes before he arrived pick the vehicle up that didn't happen so he was waiting for 30 minutes to pick the vehicle which left me rushing to get to him. The office failed to ask him to call us.”

“This company helped so smoothly, they prompted me what to do when I asked, I got a fair price for my car and was paid promptly after car was picked up. Would use them again, no hesitation, driver was polite and lady on phone nice and polite too. Absolutely no doubt would use again. Thank you.”

The details, condition, etc. of my car were quickly, but effectively checked and the offer was of a guaranteed sum; i.e. no endless list of unspecified potential barriers to completion at the agreed sum. I had occasion to contact office staff twice who were helpful, friendly and confident; a pleasure to deal with.”

“Scrap car comparison,Bms salvage and Robin the driver that finally came to collect the car were all excellent, however really disappointed with Copart they made a easy job very difficult and acted as if they didn't care should be grateful that they collected it Had it not been for the fact that my wife works from home, I would have had to been of work all week to sort something out that Robin took 10 minutes to do eventually”
