We have checked with the company involved and understand that you had gone out and taken the key for the vehicle, so were unable to collect on the first date and had to re-arrange for a second collection date. Our prices are guaranteed based on the condition of the vehicle that you describe to us over the phone, if upon collection this is different, then a new price is offered to you. “Having been advised by my garage that it was uneconomical to pursue repair I had to take the only route open to regrettably scrap the car First time I have been in this position so I went onto the web and after entering basic detail was given an initial offer which was reviewed after providing certain detail - operative was well spoken and polite I then received a quotation with time to think over — again no hassle! Acceptance was made via available format with agreement deposit subject to collection etc After collection and confirmation that vehicle met the owners description and and confirmation that pick up was bon-fide the balance was forwarded direct to my bank The whole process was painless (except personally having to scrap my car) and less hassle free than I thought it would be - additionally the timeframe was very quick Overall I can recommend BMS services if ever your unfortunately have a scrappage situation to consider”
