“Excellent job thank you for facilitating a difficult emotional task of letting go of my trusty car. Matt was very helpful, as was the vehicle collection HGV driver who conducted himself expertly and politely. Fee paid promptly without quibble.”

“Very smooth and satisfactory experience from start to finish. Guaranteed quote was agreed quickly and I was able to hold it for a few days while researching other options. It was the best quote and process from there was well explained and easy to follow. Helpful and friendly staff over the phone. Was paid in full and on time by the supplier they lined up. “Just amazing - NEVER done anything like this in my car-owning/driving years - or in the circumstances of my dear husband having died quite suddenly 8 weeks ago today ..... The attention to detail, guiding me through the various processes including DVLA, [having a bespoke reg plate ++] & so courteous all the way through including this morning when the car was collected from my drive. Payment was swift. It was all told, a painless process - apart from now not having a car!!”
