“Everything was fine regarding payment by BMS Salvage. Problems occurred trying to arrange pick up of vehicle. Firm they use ( car collection ) were using a contractor ( On time!! - a most inapt name ). However, All was resolved when a young lady, by the name of Emma, from BMS sent four e - mails to Car Collection Manager. All thanks to Emma.”

“Really good service - easy to use website, call back from Dean who agreed to successfully negotiate on the price. Prompt call from Copart who arranged for my car to be collected. The driver arrived on time and was very personable (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) and made my morning! Funds in my account by the end of the day. Seamless and professional service.”

“Very easy, filled out a form. Spoke with a very nice chap. Had the car collected at the agreed time and date. Got paid. Easy peasey. Hardest thing was waving our family car good bye after so many years of fun.”

“Give you a fake price to draw you in then deduct a load of money because a car that's going for scrap isn't in perfect condition (some minor paint flecking around door handles). In the current market, the price they offered for scrap for a car that still drives and was being used daily was poor. Would not recommend. Took 5 days for the actual scrap company they use ( i think they act as a middle man to cut your price down and take their cut) to collect the car”
