I would say 1 is generous! I am shocked to get a review request on Christmas Day yet no one is available to take my calls all weekend! I still haven’t even received my order, which was a Christmas present. The link you sent me to track the parcel - DPD have no recollection of my order even existing, which has been concerning me greatly! Quite frankly, if I ever get it, I will probably already have been to a stockist myself and bought them already! Which I would have done before Christmas, if there was time, to save paying for next day delivery which was available on your site....very disappointed!

Hello Gillian Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately orders placed after midday on Wednesday 20th December will not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. I paid for next day delivery on 22nd Dec - my husbands Christmas present hasn’t arrived- EXTREMLY disappointed

Having paid for next day delivery this is not due to arrive until 27th - the excuse was the weather........ Not really your fault I know but you should change from dpd or you won’t get repeat orders.

Thank you for your email please send again when my parcel is received , I have just checked the parcel tracker as I thought it strange to ask for feed back before delivery and it says delivered and signed for on the 4th ! Had this been the case I would have given 5 star! But I am still waiting ! Please investigate for me and contact me on 07925260949. Thank you

Ordered coat and did not receive conformation email. Phoned next day and they sent another. Coat said in stock at time of order and nothing said about it when I phoned. Then had this review email! Sent an email to say had not received yet?? Then get a email to say sorry but coat not in stock - try elsewhere. Not impressed Schoffel

Was so disappointed at the poor quality and size. I have 2 schoffels one is a fleece size12 and is gorgeous and the other one is a body warmer size 14 and fabulous. Could not believe the poor quality of this one and I am in the process of returning and to get a refund but I need to send it registered post and will probably be out of pocket. Not happy ???????

I paid fo next day delivery five days ago and still haven't received my Gillet .....can you advise when I can expect delivery????? When you reply to the email above you lie about the date .... you service is a joke. And next day delivery is a ripoff

I paid for next day delivery just under a week ago and still haven't been issued with my delivery then was told that that would be refunded and still hasn't I feel that when you spend the high amount of money on your website that the service should be correct

I paid for next day delivery however, got it 2 days later only to find the jacket isn't true to size and is to small, therefore I will be returning the item, apparently to my expense! I ordered the same size jacket as the ones I already have.

I have had a look into this, and unfortunately as you order was placed on a Saturday, it would not be processed or sent out until the next working day, which was Monday. Your was then processed this day and sent out on a next day delivery for Tuesday. Please take a look on our delivery terms and conditions on the website for further information. In regards to sizing, sometimes our garments do get updated and the fit may change slightly, so please don't hesitate to call us if you ever need any advice on sizing.
