The hip flask that I bought for my daughter for a skiing trip leaked the first time it was used. The seal in the cap was a poor design and fell inside the flask unnoticed during filling. The seal from my hip flask that I successfully used temporarily in the Schoffel flask is over 40 years old! The hip flasks i bought from Amazon at the same time as the Scoffel purchase, for £4 each as opposed to £50 from Schoffel, did not leak...... I will be returning the hip flask but need to be assured that this is not a design fault and that I can expect similar service from an item bought from what I expected to be a quality supplier.

Shirt arrived looking like something from a jumble sale. All creased and screwed up so didn’t try it on. Very disappointed not what I expected at all

I recently purchased a shirt. whilst the cotton fabric is a very nice material, i was very disappointed that one of the chest buttons fell off after it's first wear, and also, having followed the instructions of washing the shirt at 40 degrees, the shirt sleeves had shrunk, so now the shirt does not fit. Very poor, i will not be purchasing from you again.

Item did not arrive for christmas after I received several notifications it would be delivered the next day . then told courier had lost it after christmas Would I like a refund or replacement after skrewing up my wifes present.Thanks a lot & never again

We were told the product had been shipped by DPD says it never recieved it. Now you are chasing us for a review of product that you have not delivered!

1 star review as while I like the quality of Schoffel I don’t appreciate spending £220 on a jumper from a quality designer brand that says ‘made in china’ on the label. It’s disgusting and will be the last item I buy from Schoffel

I have rung 3 times trying to purchase items from your website and been told each time —- sorry that item shouldn’t be on there — it’s out of stock Poor is an understatement in my opinion

Your ordering process is fine and deliveries are quick but you have now sent me three Orkney Gilets and each one has a defective zip. This is an expensive product and it’s letting you down badly. I complained after two went back and the person I spoke to promised me that the third item would be ok but it’s not so I don’t know what to do now because I like to item. I bought a Schoffel windproof jacket approx 20 to 30 years ago. Apart from having 2 new zips it is still going strong. I think it cost me £120/130. I felt it was time to replace it as everyone gets fed up with me always wearing it. The jacket I purchased from you was terrible. You could see through it and it had no lining and was far too small for me. I could not work out why there was 2 zips which I could not do the jacket up before returning it absolutely disgusted with it compared to the one I have.

Quality product as always. However delivery packaging very very poor. For a high cost item limited cardboard packaging is not sufficient. Water ingress and dirt not good enough. Nothing to do with delivery firm - packaging needs to be much better as it has been in previous years

So disappointed in the two jumpers I purchased Both malted to the point that they covered the shirts underneath with Bobbles and became Un wearable very quickly The waistcoat also did not wear well Having spent a reasonable sum of money on items I expected to last a season for my partner What can I say other that not Good value for money and I am not a label buyer but a buyer of good quailing country products

Terrible service. Placed order then said it was out of stock. Gave refund with a 10% offer code which it turns out didn’t work. Followed up with Customer Services and was ignored with no reply. Lack of customer support, Very poor.
