“The Ketton is a great, light-weight coat. Delivery was supper-quick,which was very much appreciated. The size charts on the Schaffel website are very unhelpful —you need to explain what medium, large, XL mean in terms of inches and centimetres. I would have bought some matching trousers online but can find no information anywhere about the leg length. In the end I found the sizing information I needed to buy the jacket on amazon.co.uk.”

“1 star review as while I like the quality of Schoffel I don’t appreciate spending £220 on a jumper from a quality designer brand that says ‘made in china’ on the label. It’s disgusting and will be the last item I buy from Schoffel”

“I recently made an online purchase of a Womens Crew Neck 100% Merino Jumper in Silver Grey Size 10. Their website ordering was easy to use, with free delivery. I was so pleased with the quality of the jumper when it arrived I ordered a Navy one straight away and they are True to size. I have washed them on a cold wool machine wash in a mesh laundry bag with Woolite before wearing, flat dried no ironing or steam iron required and they are beautifully soft. I have worn the Grey one for the first time today with Jeans, perfect, cosy and warm.”

“I was gifted a jumper as a present from my son. I wore it twice for a few hours and it started bobbling. I wrote to schoffel and they said to send it back to where it had been purchased, which I did straight away. William Powell sent it back to me saying according to schoffel the jumper wasn’t faulty (although I can’t wear it now as it looks worn and old) and sent me a bobble come with the returned jumper. I find this totally unacceptable for what is meant to be top in the league of county wear. I know I won’t get a reply from schoffel but I wanted everyone to know what bad after service and communication schoffel have.”

“Excellent quality cravat and a great print. Free shipping too which is so nice to see. Only niggle and reason for 4 not 5 stars is for me it could do with being an inch or 2 longer and I'm only 17" neck but it's perfectly workable.”

“Product was good quality, the fit was good and true to size, but just need a little more room on the hips when seated. Next size up would be too big around the shoulders. I sized it to the Schoffel fleece gilet; fabric is a little more forgiving perhaps.”
