“We relocated back from Sweden to the UK. We used Schepens for the outbound journey as well. The team are friendly professional and offered a high level of service. The team took good care of our property and collected/delivered out stuff really efficiently. I would use them again.”

“Schepens was fast, courteous and very helpful. We did all of our planning with them over email and they were quick to respond and so helpful to send us a quote and all the required international paperwork. They were flexible to accommodate all of our belongings and the pickup/ drop off crew were so friendly and did all the work. They were extremely organised and all of our boxes arrived in our new destination in perfect condition. Schepens made our move stress free. Highly recommended!”

“Couldn’t ask for a better service. Professional, friendly, extremely helpful. Mum has Alzheimer’s and the move has been difficult and confusing for her. schepens colleagues were very understanding supportive both packing the house, and on the move day. Thank you”

“Superb customer service from start to finish from all members of staff we had dealings with. It appeared as though nothing was too much trouble, even when we had a problem with the completion date being changed a couple of times. The removal chaps, Dean and Jack, did a brilliant job loading and unloading, constantly pleasant and polite, despite our new home being a flat on the first floor. They handled our furniture etc with care and were immediately responsive to our needs. This was the second time we have used Schepens, highly recommend them.”

“We moved out of our house in Surrey and had two different destinations for our furniture and belongings - one to our house in Sweden and one for storage that is going to London when we're ready to move in there. Nothing was ever a problem for Schepens, they did a survey via FaceTime with us to see what was going where and quickly came back with a quote for everything. They advised us on the various forms we needed and handled all the complexity of insurance and EU/Sweden customs. The teams moving our things were professional, friendly and efficient. They kept all timings as promised and the quote held all the way. We are very happy with Schepens and would use them again.”

“Brilliant service, the team who moved us were fantastic even when it became apparent the final access was too restricted for the lorry so everything had to be ‘shuttled’ with the Luton van, Dean and Will just got on with the job, no fuss. We would recommend Schepens without any reservations, great team all round and a very reasonable price, thank you!”

“Really happy with the service from start to finish. They are very supportive and quick to respond to all questions, both the collection and packing as well as the deliver went really smoothly and we had two collection points in central London and had to put stuff in storage for 7 months before we could move into our place in Stockholm. All staff were fab. And nothing broke and they were reasonably priced too! Top marks all around.”
