“Brilliant customer service!!! As a first time customer I ordered a bottle of perfume that I had been trying to source for a while. Within a half hour of placing my order received a very nice email indicating there had been a stocking error and my payment had been refunded, they suggested an alternative that they had in stock. I duly ordered that alternative and delivery arrived as promised within a couple of days. Vey nice touch with handwritten card and suggestions on use of the two samples supplied. I was very impressed and I know know I have a UK based distributor of my Wife's favourite perfume. Thanks to all the team at Scent City”

“I have been purchasing from Sent City for 3-4yrs now and the service has always been amazing. On this occasion I had run out of fragrance and needed a bottle in 2 days before my holidays. They had ran out of the single bottle I wanted, but as a good loyal customer Chibbs offered me the a gift set of all 3 men's fragrances for a special price. This level of service is unprecedented in today's retail world of online. It was amazing they called me after leaving a message and an email on a Friday evening. Then vall me Saturday am to complete the transaction. I had my delivery on Monday by 10am. I couldn't be happier. I'm so impressed. Wayne M.”

“I was recommended to scent city by a friend as they were very happy with their services. I ordered my partners favourite fragrance as a birthday gift, over a week later I had no confirmation of dispatch even though on the website my order was confirmed as paid but unforfilled, on contacting scent city to investigate this they were very helpful and chased up and dispatched my order together with a hand written apology and several fantastic samples. So all in all I am happy with their service and my partner is pleased with her birthday present (glad I ordered it early) thank you for your prompt response scent city and yes, I will use you again and happy to recommend your services.”
