“I was recommended to scent city by a friend as they were very happy with their services. I ordered my partners favourite fragrance as a birthday gift, over a week later I had no confirmation of dispatch even though on the website my order was confirmed as paid but unforfilled, on contacting scent city to investigate this they were very helpful and chased up and dispatched my order together with a hand written apology and several fantastic samples. So all in all I am happy with their service and my partner is pleased with her birthday present (glad I ordered it early) thank you for your prompt response scent city and yes, I will use you again and happy to recommend your services.”

“Quick and efficient customer service. Extremely helpful. Excellent piece also. Unfortunately my refill bottle came back with oozing perfume out of the tiny space left between the atomizer and the bottle neck, therefore in direct contact with the atmosphere, not a good idea. It was probably not checked properly after refill and before dispatch back to me.”

“I enjoyed the cosmo samples by brocard but those by Designer seem very strong, the smell is overpowering before they are to be opened. Middle Eastern formula needs to be more milder like their European counterparts.”

“Hi Thanks for samples. Most of them in original vials which is nice. Unfortunately the label of 'Barkhane' had come off so was only recognisable after comparing with pattern on site. Also 'Early Roses' and '1969' came in clear vials with description on attached card. Only a minor moan. MERRY CHRISTMAS Tony”
