“I had to file down one end of the bar in order for the bracket fitting to fit, lots of what appeared to be weld droplets? Pretty annoying Almost as annoying as the delivery note sticker you stick to the bar.. why stick it to the bar, takes an age to remove paper+adhesive”

Would you kindly send a picture of the tube to our email so I can investigate this further with the manufacturer. With regards to packaging, we are trying to find the most suitable option as in the past we have had issues with labels coming off the parcels and causing delays with deliveries. “Your service was very good and my order was placed very quickly, however your 3rd party courier let you down in that they did not deliver all of the goods and subsequently they had to deliver the next day. unfortunately this cost me another days unplanned work and travel from Southampton to Aylesford which was a 200 mile round trip + 10hrs labour. I would however be happy to use you again and your website is very good, concise and offers everything that I would need.”
