“I asked if they were 1250mm exactly and they were called 1300 for ease .the person I was speaking to didn't no and went off to ask someone , came back and said yes they were . It's all sorted now i cut them down and rewelded them to the right size”

“Delivery and service Ok. However the base plates were not to the same specifaction as normal cuplock. They in fact are very poor and already showing signs of deteriation.”

Sorry you were disappointed with the base plates, we do offer a heavy duty galvanised base plate, if you want to return the ones you ordered we will gladly exchange them as a gesture of goodwill, many thanks
