“An issue with a manufacturing fault resulted with an immediate replacement. Any firm can sell you products, but its the after sales service that really counts! cannot recommend highly enough!”

“Great customer service. It didn't go without hitch but they were responsive when we hit a problem and kept me informed. The issue was that some items were out of stock which ment the original delivery deadline could not be met so they arranged for a next day delivery the following day before 12:30. Great stuff. Good product. 😀”

“Great service from staff, pity about TNT courier limit on max length carriable. Suffice to say after SS had to cut two 12ft braces for delivery by courier, they turned up in a long wheelbase transit, 2 ft longer than the uncut poles, unbelievable!”
