“Products were great, scaffolding supplies part of the shipping was excellent. Helpful on the phone and quick to process for a last minute job. Fedex were useless managed to loose parts of the order, failed to deliver anything. Resulting in us needing to collect part of the order from the local fedex warehouse. Scaffolding supplies were excellent again resending the missing parts incredibly quickly and refunding the failed delivery while supporting us with our FedEx issues. Big thanks to the team.”

“The boards were in poor condition. They both had splits present in them, they were dirty and had footprint marks on them.”

Good morning I am dissapointed to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of Scaffold Boards. Our Scaffold Boards are stored outside therefore may become slightly dusty/weathered. Before every package is despatched we take photographs. I have seen the photograph of your boards and I cannot see any splits, I can only assume the damage must have occured during transit. If you could kindly email me some pictures of the boards and I can take this up with our courier. In the meantime. if there is anything else I can help you with then please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards Rob Osbourne Scaffolding Supplies Limited

“I received a very fast response to my initial enquiry for a single piece of scaffold tube. A very easy ordering system helped and I was quoted a delivery date well within my expectations . The tubes, I decided two is better than one, arrived in perfect condition very early on the quoted date. If I need any more I will return.”
