“Good communication, quick delivery of an excellent product. They just know how to run a business. It's the service you expect now owing to tha availability of everything, but there are still a lot of muppets who don't grasp this surprisingly. Not Scaffolding Supplies, top quality throughout.”

“My on-line order was promptly handled by scaffoldings supplies and emailed me back with all the information relevant to my purchase Payment for the order made easy by using PayPal. Full delivery details and tracking details were supplied via email. I have no problem recommend Scaffolding supplies to my friends colleagues and relatives.”

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery service of your scaffold boards. It clearly states on our website on the home page and every individual product page, that for next day delivery the order needs to be placed before 2pm. You may not have realised but your order was actually placed at 15.26 on a Friday, which meant that the items would be packed and sent by courier on the Monday for delivery to you the following day, which would be (and was) Tuesday.

“Firstly the website was really easy to use and the price was really reasonable. After ordering I was worried that I may have ordered the wrong thing as I am no experience in this type of product so I called in and spoke to a wonderful guy in the warehouse that answered the phone to me as the office was closed (it was only 8am ish). He was very helpful and I explained what I wanted the items for and he reassured me that I had bought the correct things. His customer service was better than that I have received from Customer Service specialists at other companies. He also explained that to make things easier for me he had packed the item in a specific way which was very thoughtful. I received the items the next day and they are perfect! Well done 10 out of 10. I will most certainly use this company again.”
