“The sign frame arrived here in quite bad shape .... twisted bent and split, as it was poorly packed, but we managed to bash it back into reasonable shape, and did a bit of welding”

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry that your parcel was received in an unfit state. We send out Sign Frames on an almost daily basis, however, usually in 2's or 3's which would make the package more robust. I can only assume that this was damaged in transit, something which we will take up with our courier. Also, now that you have brought this to out attention, we will look at alternative packaging options to prevent this from happening again. Had you let us know that the item was received damaged, we would have replaced this free of charge for you.
