Sorry you were not happy with the delivery charge, I have checked your order which was 10kgs of scaffold fittings, these were sent on next day delivery at a charge of £ 16.00 plus VAT We only use next day couriers, and £ 16.00 for 10kg is not extortionate in our opinion Hope to see you back in the future

“Purchased a good amount of kwikstage for a renovation project, both used and new. I found them excellent to deal with, customer service was brilliant, I paid via proforma upfront, booked a delivery for a specific day. On the delivery day the driver called me when he was an hour away and arrived in his shiny new wagon with forklift, was very friendly and helpful and unloaded everything. I’ve used some of it and all works as expected. I’m sure if I did have issues they will be more than happy to help. Will definitely be buying more from them later this year. Also worth mentioning they were cheaper than another supplier.”
