“the whole process was very easy to go through . All of the staff were very helpful. they advised us on several ways to make things better for ourselves and the express process was great value for money. not like Constructionline / Acclaim who were a right pain to deal with”

“We respect the SC annual accreditation exercise because it keeps us 'on our toes' like an audit. There is generally a high level of support by SC staff during the exercise of submitting evidence. The only downside is the long delay between submission and accreditation, or requests for more info, as the case may be. The motive for this delay may be to encourage clients to pay more for a quick return, which approach we find unacceptable.”

Thank you for your review, and congratulations on your SafeContractor accreditation. Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted is 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. Our team endeavour to assess all questionnaires as quickly as possible and to provide as much assistance as possible. However if you would like to upgrade your package to have an express audit included or to include assistance from our team of expert IOSH and NEBOSH qualified auditors then this option is available to you also. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. If you have any further queries about how this works then please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team directly.

“Being a very small business I found the prospect of accreditation with Safe Contractor a daunting process. However the team at Safe Contractor guided me through the whole process and I received help from start to finish,they even provided templates for all of my RAMS and Health”
