“I found the agent I dealt with very patient and helpful and once all information was uploaded an electronic copy of the certificate was received the same day. Thank you Robin for your quick responses to my emails and the advice received over the phone.”

Thank you for the review and congratulations on your accreditation! To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry.

“I found obtaining the re-accreditation smooth and much easier this year. The guidance from the team at SC was clear and greatly assisted me in providing the required info and documentation. The two SC team members that I dealt with were excellent in guiding me through the process in order to renew our accreditation.”
