“Obviously the pandemic has caused considerable difficulties however, I have received excellent advice and support upon my application to renew my accreditation. Your assessor has been excellent and he brought up some parts of our H&S that needed updating. His useful advice and information provided me with a clearer path which has proved successull. I received our new accreditation cetificate by e mail next day and we are awaiting mail delivery.”
