“This system is of great importance to our company. However I did find it challenging having never dealing with this previously.”

To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. “We are in unprecedented times due Covid-19 effects - as such i feel we did well to get our renewal to head of your queue and Robin was very efficient in helping us renew with just a few lost days from our expiry date - so we were pleased after being blind and unaware of progress since renewal submission.”
