“Submitting our documentation was very easy, hassle free. I would just say having to pay an additional sum expediate our documentation review does feel excessive, as a small company the initial fee should ensure the same level of timeframe. Otherwise very good service.”

As part of awarding our UK-leading accreditation annually, our team of expert auditors need to ensure that all contractors have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal, ready for when the questionnaire can be submitted 30 days before expiry. “We used the extra service of having the Safe Contractor Technical Team help us through the renewal process - I would recommend this as the requirements are quite in depth. Thank you so much for getting us our 2020 Certification.”
