“There have been some difficulties the past 2 years with getting the work category define correct on the certificate. Why this is I really don’t understand because previously there was no problem perhaps somebody could explain why in writing? You have now changed the certificate to reflect the correct work categories but it still remains wrong on your website for potential clients to see? I know that I have been told it will be changed in 6-8 weeks but this was also said last year and it did not happen the company are paying over £500 for the accreditation and it should be maintained as the correct category for potential clients to view as this is important for future business opportunities. But I must also say apart from this as always your staff are a pleasure to work with and most helpful with the process of the audit. My thanks to all especially in these challenging times it is appreciated keep up the good work great team. Thanks Paul”

We're so pleased that our team have been able to effectively help you through the process of gaining your accreditation during this difficult time. I have passed your feedback onto our Technical team, who have advised that due to system constraints we are unfortunately unable to add some Work Activities to our system, such as specialist works. We are keeping a list of these with a view to add them to the system, however due to current circumstances this may take some time for our Technology team to update. “Hi there, I have dealt with several of your representatives, I must say every one was very helpful and knowledgeable. “There were a number of changes in our accreditation application process this year which to be honest I struggled with. However I had excellent support to help guide me through to final accreditation. I would particularly like to thank Megan James who went above and beyond any normal measure of customer service to get us out of a tight spot.”

“I have to complete a number of audits and reviews with difference accrediation bodies and can say without doubt that working with Safecontractor is a pleasure compared to some of the others. They kept in touch with emails and updates and also were very patient during the furlough period our company went through. I would definitely recommend Safecontractor”
