“I found the process easy to follow, with excellent guides and help online. So I felt supported throughout the process. I also got really helpful support from the auditor, who was able to explain what was required and speedily review the evidence I sent in. All round excellent customer service.”

“No major issues, however being a single person company a number of “Required” questions are aimed at employment etc, something I don’t do. Took a phone call to explain / sort out but otherwise fairly straightforward”
