“Laura is always so helpful and so prompt in issuing my training requests and responding to emails. The set up on Safecic is very easy to navigate”

“The website did its job and I completed the training! I was a little disappointed at the lack of guidance when incorrect answers were given on the practice tests, however. Guidance was only made available for correct answers, and it was not reliably possible to re-do the tests with correct answers to see further guidance as the answers were drawn from a randomised pool.”

Thanks for your comment James. This is something we are already changing. Some of our courses already do have feedback for the incorrect answers and the process will be completed for all courses by 2022.

“All the staff at Safe CIC are lovely and super helpful. The system of purchasing a DBS and it being sent out in the post seems very old fashioned and very time consuming. I have used an another company previously who do everything online and I could even track the process of the DBS as it goes through the system. Value for money is good but the extra time of getting a DBS started from the postal system lets it down slightly.”

Hi Rachel Thank you for providing feedback and we are certainly pleased you found our staff helpful. In response to your comments and your previous experiences with online providers. SAFEcic is registered to process paper based applications only and we take pride in an exceptionally low error and return rate during the DBS process, achieving 97.9% accuracy in the last year.
