It is very unusual for us to receive such critical feedback as the majority of our clients find our courses to be high quality and rich in up-to-date content. Our courses are also designed as fully accessible reference documents, allowing access to any part, directly from the course menu (once the course has been completed). This is immensely useful as specific aspects of the training, information and links can be located easily and quickly, with no need to retake the whole course or rely on memory and note taking.
