“An easy form to fill out but it took some time getting the witness part filled in, but I understand it needs to be done properly.”

“We used this training for our safeguarding training, which we undertake every 2 years. The test questions were mulitple choice. I actually learnt more from the answers I got wrong by retaking the tests until I got a higher score! It was more than adequate training although next year I may try an alternative provider.”

“Simple Q&A system, but perhaps the information could be presented in a more accessible format. I have some staff members with dyslexia who found the reading quite cumbersome. Last time we did this course with you we had a short Zoom session with a live trainer who could explain the information. I assumed I was booking the same again but that's probably my mistake! Pre-recorded videos with some of the information (rather than just an intro) could really help, I think. Thank you though!”

Hello Sam and thank you for your feedback. We thought it worthwhile mentioning that screen readers (including NVDA, which is free) have been tested on our courses by a visual impairment charity and found to work well. It's likely this would also overcome the problems for people with dyslexia.
