“very informative, the man who ran it (forgot his name, sorry! i was part of the UAL group though) was very good at explaining and thoroughly answered all questions. There was one question on the online day that all of us struggled with (in the heat / heart section) which I ended up spending 20 minutes strategically picking each combination of answers until getting all 4 correct. as staff who often deal with stressed out members of the student body i think possible more could be added on metal health first aid? eg panic attacks, etc.”

“thorough training which repeated on the areas that would help us to remember the techniques etc. the trainer was friendly and fun which helped the staff to join in and open up with more confidence. He shared expectations and the time line of the day to help. I ended up doing the Elearning twice as it was not clear which to do and it would not let me go past any so was very time consuming - as both were combined in the second one it covered the same as the PFA. as COVID is still around it was good that this was explained and we were not expected to do the breaths but still great to practice the compressions and role play what to do to help it sink in”
