“The course was very informative and well structured, and having the content covered via an online module, a gave time for questions and discussion in a sometimes organic way, during the face-to-face part of the course, which was very helpful. Of course, having done first aid courses fully face-to-face over two days, there is also an opportunity for this sometimes, and face-to face learning, allowing break out activities and discussions is really great too, but I thought a well-worked course considering not only Covid, but busy school schedules, so especially helpful as a refresher for someone like me who had done a 1st aid course before. The facilitator was really knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was that the venue was cold, but that was for ventilation as a Covid measure, so was very understandable, just maybe had I thought in advance, I would have worn more clothes!”
