“Mark was just as brilliant as 3yrs ago, was so pleased to hear I had the same trainer this time, he kept it as informal but so informative at the same time! Mark is so natural at his job and has so many experiences he can relay which makes you value this training. Thoroughly recommend this training even if you are not needing it for a workplace, it should be taught in all secondary schools/colleges! Thank you Mark for the refresher course, I hope you are still doing this in 3 yrs! Nicole”

“Course was good for refreshing basics. Was not really taken by the leaders way of teaching, some things he thought were coming across as funny could actually be seen as a bit offensive. Far too much time wasted on either breaks or story telling which could of been teaching. Overall I have attended much more informative sessions. All I learnt from the second part of this training I already knew from the first module.”
