“I thought the safe + sound first aid training course was very high standard and extremely informative and very inclusive and detailed. I left there feeling very confident about first aid and gained a lot of knowledge based on first aid as well. This was a very helpful training session and was kept intrigued the whole time. I was very happy and pleased with how it went overall.”

“Really enjoyed achieving and gaining my first aid with the company. The online courses were very easy to follow and I loved the steps for the test so we can test our knowledge. Carol was great in explaining the practical steps and then allowing us to demonstrate to her. She was very patient and kind making us feel comfortable. When explaining the steps Carol was also very calm and made every topic interesting by using the props. Thank you so much see you in 3 years time ! Thank you Nayab”

Sometimes went off topic with anecdotes which took up a bit of time, and not always politically correct! However this also kept the energy up for the session.”
