“Nice collection of bikes. Good prices and nice sales !! Delivered very quickly, almost 90% already assembled in the box. Little tweaking and ready to go for a ride. Excellent store !!”

“I asked if the bike size I wanted was in stock, they replied straight away and confirmed the next day. When I ordered, they packed and sent it exactly when they said they would and I received it via DHL quicker than I thought! The bike was nicely packed and secured, easy to put together and I'm loving it, thank you :)”

“I am very disappointed with how slowly this shipment is being handled. According to DHL (Tracking No. JVGL 0603 4813 0008 1525 4112), the package has been stuck in the sorting center since 24-09-2025 with the status “Problem – awaiting the data.” For this reason, I can only give you a rating of 2 out of 5 so far – because even shipments from China usually arrive faster than this. Please provide DHL with the missing information or documents immediately so the delivery can continue. I really hope you can resolve this quickly, as I am eager to finally receive my bike.”

Dear Donaldas, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We truly apologize for the inconvenience you have faced regarding the delay in your shipment with DHL. It is frustrating when tracking updates indicate a hold, and we understand how eager you are to receive your bike but please be aware that we are not a DHL and as soon as you reported about the delay we have immediately started the case with the forwarder and have informed you about it. We can't be held accountable for DHL and I would recommend address the issue with them not giving us 2* review when the shipment was processed within given timeframe. Based on your order it should be arriving until October 8th and there is still one week for your shipment to arrive. “It took over 2 months to receive the woom 5 bike. Sorry but besides your nice mails and goodwill I can’t give a better rating, summer is over and we did not have the bike we were counting on. If you are a customer and you are looking to have a bike delivered on time, then think twice. Seems like simple bike buys in bulk, commits to a delivery date but can’t respect it since they have no influence on the brand delivering to them. So u will have to wait.. and wait”

Dear, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience but it is hard to comment on something when you are hiding behind Anonymous username instead of allowing us to make it right for you and sharing more details or contacting us. Everyone can place 1* review but I recommend reaching out and sharing your issues with us so we can resolve them if something did not arrive or was delayed. “Received the Kids bike with Zubehör in good shape. Also the communication was good. Only the fact that upon ordering a fast delivery was indicated. In reality it took 12 days longer. So real recommendation of the shop for bike - but do not expect the delivery performance of the prominent online retailer...”

“Ordered items only on stock. After a lot of weeks they said they are not delivered to them. This can’t be, when the items are on stock.”

“Unfortunately, the bike was delivered with some issues. There’s a scratch in the paint, and the rear rim isn’t straight — it’s wobbly. I tried to fix the scratch, but now the paint looks dull in that spot instead of shiny. Regarding the rim, I was just told to get it fixed at a local bike shop and that I’d get €15 back if I send in the receipt. That’s not exactly great customer service.”

“We purchased our order on 6th of August and it took until 24th of September to arrive, so it took more then month and a half to arrive.”

“staff is knowledgeable and helpful! I wanted to buy a new bike, and Marin helped me through all the steps of the way, from ordering, giving updates on delivery, giving advice on accessories and setup and finally also assembling the bike for me. I could even test ride the bike I wanted at the store, and ask questions about the setup options, which really helped me in deciding what to buy.”
