“I have been looking for an aluminum, white seat post for weeks. I had used the searchengine Dogpile and still found no seat post. I cannot remember exactly how I discovered your website. Your servide was prompt. Your price is low, but your shipping was high. I would have prefered a lower price and an addational week of shipping time. People in North America ordering from Europe are likely not expecting quick delivery. High shipping costs adds to the tarriffs 10%.”

Dear Nicolas, Why are you hiding under Anonymous account? In our 15 years of being in business I have never been in involved in such a negative experience with customer. It has been terrible. Despite the fact you have tried to convince PayPal about us doing any wrongdoing and refusing to return the item and trying to keep it while expecting to get all your money back is something I haven't seen in a while. Luckily PayPal seen what you are doing and refused your request and told you the same as we did and explained that your expectations are beyond reasonable. I have never seen such an angry person that does not listen at all and try everything to scam legitimate business. I wish for you to find your inner peace one day and I wish our ways never cross again. We don't need customers like you! Simple Bike Store

“Greate rates, but service and provided information about shipping etc. could be better. asked some questions and think they took close to 24hrs to reply. Have not received my bicycle yet, so I guess my purchase is not even completed, but I still get a questionare. At this point I would rate Simplebikestore.eu 3. If you have time to wait for arrival of shipment, its all good. Range of products is good, and rates are great. Would buy here again, if I have time to wait for the goods, and if their rates are great again. They win on their rates.”

Dear Jörgen, Thank you for your feedback. I am looking at your order and I see it has bene placed on January 29th with Estimated dispatch between 05 Feb, 2026 to 23 Feb, 2026 and the order has been booked with DHL on February and is in transit with them. I am sure the order is about to arrive this week therefore I would not agree that order is taking long because there is still 10 days within given timeframe for the delivery. We always recommend checking the estimated delivery time before placing an order an din case it is time sensitive to reach out to us about possible delivery times.
