The bike arrived as ordered so that part was fine. There was a 2 week delay in shipping the bike, which in itself wasn't a problem, but when I tried to inquire as to what the status of the shipment is, I got completely ignored. I tried asking via the contact form, as well as through WhatsApp, but got no answer through either. I don't mind waiting longer, but a lack of basic communication is a huge let-down. I might order again in the (far, probably) future, but I just hope communication is improved next time.

I have just checked and there is no single email received from your email address and I also don't see that there are any other requests from your side. Good quality item for a good price, even though I had to get it shipped to a different country. Exactly what I wanted. Ordering and fulfilment all went smoothly. Overall, great service.

The delivery arrived very quickly. The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was that the saddle was slightly dirty. But it could be cleaned off, and it was fine.

Poor experience. Ordered a bike (plus kickstand) which was in stock and expected delivery within 5 days. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Got in touch and the replied was: it’s summer, everything is slow and we don’t have the bike in stock. Not ok, there was zero communication regarding delays up to this point. They offered to send a different color that was in stock. I accepted, they sent the bike but not the kickstand. Again, no communication about it. Just a unilaterally amended order. Overall a pretty poor experience

Fahrrad kam gut an. Leider wurde der gewünschte Liefertermin nicht eingehalten. Montagewerkzeug und Bedienungsanleitung waren nicht vorhanden.

Der Preis war der beste im Netz, dachte erst, es sei ein Fake. Die angegebene Lieferzeit stimmte leider nicht, es waren jetzt 3-Wochen über der angegebenen Lieferzeit. Netter Kontakt mit dem Service. Also rundum gut!

Problem with the DHL parcel delivery firm you used - they have so far failed to deliver the part I ordered from you, despite repeated phone calls from me to DHL. They say they tried to deliver twice and that I was not at home at the time (though on one of the days I WAS at home). And they said they could not drop the parcel off at a DHL (or other) pickup point because they said Simple Bike Store had specifically asked for the parcel to be sent to me in person. Now DHL says the parcel may be returned to Simple Bike Store. I'm not happy with their failure to deliver.
