Delivery dates on their website are an outright lie. I have no idea when my items might turn up, and therefore cannot plan.
High prices, long waits and poor customer service.

“An absolutely atrocious company. It sent an incomplete order, which rejected. It gave a vague response to my subsequent order enquiry and then ignored my written cancellation.
It then took far too long, and too many broken undertakings for me to obtain the refund I was legally entitled to have.
There is nothing 'mega', about this shoddy little outfit. My investigation of it and its directors via the Companies House website was illuminating.”
