An absolutely atrocious company. It sent an incomplete order, which rejected. It gave a vague response to my subsequent order enquiry and then ignored my written cancellation.
It then took far too long, and too many broken undertakings for me to obtain the refund I was legally entitled to have.
There is nothing 'mega', about this shoddy little outfit. My investigation of it and its directors via the Companies House website was illuminating.
