“Ordered material with on-line delivery of 2 days. Received email saying it could take weeks. Cancelled immediately and have been lied to in emails and fobbed off for more than 2 weeks so far with no sign of my refund. Wish I had read reviews of this company. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!!!!”
“OK, here I go......I made the mistake of reading the reviews AFTER I had ordered my roofing materials. I then panicked and tried to call to cancel my order. However, I spoke to Tracy in Customer Services and she agreed to email me with a definite delivery date. Thought I'd give them a couple of days to meet the deadline and if not, cancel the order. Didn't need to worry as the order arrived on time (2-4 days) and undamaged. It's up to you whether you use these, but they're cheap and worse case you have 14 days to cancel under Consumer Rights Act. I've been happy with the service.”
“Garage roof came and seemed okay but when I came to fit it noticed most parts were scratched and had damage. I managed to get in touch with them eventually and said because i had taken two weeks to fit it, there was nothing they could do for me. The roof wasn’t cheap and couldn’t even offer me touch up paint...AVOID!!!”

It took over a month for my items to arrive!
No communication to say they had been dispatched or would be arriving on a specific date or time!
Just a phone call from a delivery driver saying he has tried to deliver!
I Purchased 18 roofing sheets and 6 out of 18 have arrived damaged.
I have been speaking to customer service for over 3 weeks now and we are still no further forward.
They request photos to be sent in JPG format so I have and they say they still can’t view the images.
They have also said the warehouse is not willing to accept returns without the images!!!
When you order something as important as a roof you don’t expect to have to wait over 2 months!!!!

“Items never showed up so I asked to cancel. No refund provided. Items then appeared on a truck, which I rejected. Still no refund or communication three weeks later. I had to ask the bank to step in and start a chargeback claim, which was successful and I now have the money back. Roofing megastore now owe my refund to Barclays, who I imagine are rather persistent.”

“An absolutely atrocious company. It sent an incomplete order, which rejected. It gave a vague response to my subsequent order enquiry and then ignored my written cancellation.
It then took far too long, and too many broken undertakings for me to obtain the refund I was legally entitled to have.
There is nothing 'mega', about this shoddy little outfit. My investigation of it and its directors via the Companies House website was illuminating.”
