"Joke company. Materials turned up in a totally unacceptable condition but because I didn't notify them within 48 hours (is that really a fair amount of time?) They have refused to refund me. I wont give up and I'm making it todays mission to prevent others being scammed by this sad excuse for a materials supplier. Go to your local firm is my advice, I've learned my lesson."

"Absolute shambles of a company!!!\r\nIt took over a month for my items to arrive!\r\nNo communication to say they had been dispatched or would be arriving on a specific date or time!\r\nJust a phone call from a delivery driver saying he has tried to deliver!\r\n\r\nI Purchased 18 roofing sheets and 6 out of 18 have arrived damaged.\r\nI have been speaking to customer service for over 3 weeks now and we are still no further forward. \r\nThey request photos to be sent in JPG format so I have and they say they still can\u2019t view the images. \r\nThey have also said the warehouse is not willing to accept returns without the images!!!\r\n\r\nWhen you order something as important as a roof you don\u2019t expect to have to wait over 2 months!!!!\r\n\r\nNever again\r\n\r\nI want to return all the items and go elsewhere it\u2019s a complete and utter joke!!!"

"Items never showed up so I asked to cancel. No refund provided. Items then appeared on a truck, which I rejected. Still no refund or communication three weeks later. I had to ask the bank to step in and start a chargeback claim, which was successful and I now have the money back. Roofing megastore now owe my refund to Barclays, who I imagine are rather persistent. "
