“Very happy with boxes as they are strong and clean and the exact size needed. The only problem I had was that they were packed for dispatch in a giant box - I went to pick boxes up from courier depot and giant box was too big to fit in my small car so had to unpack in car park.”

“Really like the concept of reusing and reselling old boxes. The comms via DHL delivery were good. Boxes received were as described and in fact in better condition than I might have expected. A few things got in the way of a five star experience. Delivery was not made on the agreed date, and I had to reschedule. I left plenty of time, but be mindful if you're ordering on short notice. More directly within the control of Reuseabox is the descriptions for types of packaging. While the boxes were indeed double walled they were about half as thick as other d-walled boxes I was used to using. The boxes will work, but not as fully loaded as I had hoped. A more prominent thickness measurement would help with expectation management.”

“Our previous box supplier closed after four years of working together, so finding a new supplier felt daunting. However, our first order with Reuseabox couldn’t have gone any better. We received constant updates on when the order would be ready, and the delivery drivers were extremely helpful on arrival.
