“Really like the concept of reusing and reselling old boxes. The comms via DHL delivery were good. Boxes received were as described and in fact in better condition than I might have expected. A few things got in the way of a five star experience. Delivery was not made on the agreed date, and I had to reschedule. I left plenty of time, but be mindful if you're ordering on short notice. More directly within the control of Reuseabox is the descriptions for types of packaging. While the boxes were indeed double walled they were about half as thick as other d-walled boxes I was used to using. The boxes will work, but not as fully loaded as I had hoped. A more prominent thickness measurement would help with expectation management.”

“Our previous box supplier closed after four years of working together, so finding a new supplier felt daunting. However, our first order with Reuseabox couldn’t have gone any better. We received constant updates on when the order would be ready, and the delivery drivers were extremely helpful on arrival. We will 100% be re-ordering and will also look into ordering our other box sizes from them.”

“Great value and excellent quality boxes. Love that moving packs are pre curated and come with some tape & honeycomb paper. Delivery was as stated and the delivery company was a good choice as the lovely guy helped carry it up the stairs to our flat. Couldn’t have done that on my own! “I had no problems with reuseabox- it all turned up promptly as planned, the boxes were good and I appreciated the balance and range of packages/bundles available. I liked the big box it all came in to bc as I had items that didn’t fit in anywhere else. Keep that as a freebie please reuseabox!
