“While I like the idea to resuse boxes, in practice I wouldn’t order those again for moving flats. I ordered the package for 2-3 bed. The smaller boxes were ok but the bigger ones were in parts cut up and in usable but not in a good condition. The bigger boxes also don’t have holes to put your hands in, hence when moving they might not be so easy to carry. The material might be double walled but looks quite thin. I haven’t moved yet and will see how well they hold up… in hindsight I think it’s worth to spend a bit more money and get proper stable moving boxes.”

“Ordered a premixed set of boxes - love the eco friendly idea but fell down in practice. Boxes were wrapped in so much black plastic that it negated the idea of second hand boxes. While structurally different ‘sizes’ the boxes were actually almost identical volumes which meant I’ve had to top up on smaller boxes for a better range, and how have excess of the originals I don’t need. Some of the boxes are also coming apart at the seems so have needed extra taping to keep them together. Could also provide recyclable paper tape and brown honeycomb paper rather than plastic tape and bubblewrap.”

Hi, Thank you for your most recent feedback – our house moving packs are a new product to our range, so we really appreciate your honest review. Over the next few weeks, we'll be altering the packs to make them even more eco-friendly with using paper tape and honeycomb hive wrap and developing a custom box.
