“great service I just ordered the wrong size boxes, the boxes are very study and clean, although has some heavy duty tap on which is a bugger to remove but good quality will use again for sure”

“Fantastic concept and customer service. Website can be a little tricky to navigate when looking for a specific size but you can always call if you’re struggling. Great quality & delivery hence why I’ve used them multiple times”

“Very good and punctual service.”

“Really like the concept of reusing and reselling old boxes. The comms via DHL delivery were good. Boxes received were as described and in fact in better condition than I might have expected. A few things got in the way of a five star experience. Delivery was not made on the agreed date, and I had to reschedule. I left plenty of time, but be mindful if you're ordering on short notice. More directly within the control of Reuseabox is the descriptions for types of packaging. While the boxes were indeed double walled they were about half as thick as other d-walled boxes I was used to using. The boxes will work, but not as fully loaded as I had hoped. A more prominent thickness measurement would help with expectation management.”

Helpful Report

“Fast delivery, Quality clean used boxes at a cheap price.”

“Our previous box supplier closed after four years of working together, so finding a new supplier felt daunting. However, our first order with Reuseabox couldn’t have gone any better. We received constant updates on when the order would be ready, and the delivery drivers were extremely helpful on arrival. We will 100% be re-ordering and will also look into ordering our other box sizes from them.”

“I needed some affordable boxes for clearing out several rooms and after seeing the prices charged at the storage company I was delighted to find reuseabox - the prices are great and the boxes are excellent quality and I appreciated finding a more sustainable solution. I will aim to pass these boxes on to someone else when we are done”
