“Very happy with boxes as they are strong and clean and the exact size needed. The only problem I had was that they were packed for dispatch in a giant box - I went to pick boxes up from courier depot and giant box was too big to fit in my small car so had to unpack in car park.”

“great service I just ordered the wrong size boxes, the boxes are very study and clean, although has some heavy duty tap on which is a bugger to remove but good quality will use again for sure”

“Really like the concept of reusing and reselling old boxes. The comms via DHL delivery were good. Boxes received were as described and in fact in better condition than I might have expected. A few things got in the way of a five star experience. Delivery was not made on the agreed date, and I had to reschedule. I left plenty of time, but be mindful if you're ordering on short notice. More directly within the control of Reuseabox is the descriptions for types of packaging. While the boxes were indeed double walled they were about half as thick as other d-walled boxes I was used to using. The boxes will work, but not as fully loaded as I had hoped. A more prominent thickness measurement would help with expectation management.”

“Mix of boxes was OK but some were used and still had tape on them. Took us a while to clean them up! Other than that, satisfied with the purchase and delivery (although why do they always arrive at 5.15pm!?)”

Thanks for the review Julian! We love supplying eco-friendly, low cost cardboard boxes which means our used boxes can contain some tape or the odd label. Next time you order you could book an AM or timed delivery slot to make sure your order arrives on time!
