“I bought my 1st banner 12/3/22. It arrived damaged. Before a replacement could be sent, I had to wait to hear back from customer service, do what was asked (send a handful of videos and photos for proof) and eventually, a replacement was sent. The 2nd one lasted for one use, and immediately broke. So, I had to again, take pictures and send proof and a third one was sent sometime in April. I was out of town most of April and May, so, I didn't really get to use it until June. It has worked up until yesterday, when not only did the stand itself break, but the pieces on the side of banner that you pull out of the stand? Those pieces fell off upon the 1st or 2nd use but somehow was still able to work until last night, the banner slid straight down into the stand and it is IMPOSSIBLE to pull out/up. Therefore, making it completely unusable, therefore forcing me to purchase another banner, which, I'm about to do. This will be the last time I use this company and plan on leaving a public, negative review if it breaks again. Honestly, I can't recall but I may even be on a fourth banner, not third. Every banner has arrived damaged or broken within 1-2 uses. The current one has lasted 3 months. So, this is either my fourth or fifth banner in under nine months. The cases are super cheap and also break almost instantly. The zippers are extremely poor quality. I love the stand, and customer service has been very kind, which is why I continue to come back, but this is the last time. If it breaks again, I can't use the company anymore and that's gonna be a bummer! I'm hopeful, though! :)”

“The design tool is absolutely HORRIBLE. Spent over 24 hrs trying to take advantage of the sale to reduce the price. However I missed the deadline because the design too would crash, the operation had a mind of its own and part placement was off.”

“Customer service is very bad. I have redesigned my entire banner due to poor website. one of the customer service lady promised me to give additional discount for my efforts. “it took more than 10 tries to order the banner. I kept getting an error message and the company couldn't take the order over the phone. Finally went through, got a confirmation, followed only then by an email placing the order on hold because the resolution was not high enough. That really should have been assessed when I was creating the design.”

“I had to do this twice ; the website locked me out my original account ; couldn't go back and redesign ; had to delay my show because banner will not be ready. Online email communication was horrid; two days before staff gets emails ! Thanks Chevy”

“I made a order before the cut off time at 4:52 eastern time and your company would not change the shipping address. You made me cancel my order and login into your system to make another order. The messed up part of it the delivery date is moved to December 7th in a matter of seconds. Now I have to pay $99 for shipping because I needed it rushed. My original shipping date was Dec 4th on my canceled order( Original Order Reference # 90087672)which would have made it in time for my event. Bad business practice. “The banner arrived blank on both sides. Still trying to get a replacement. I feel like I am being check to see if I am a criminal. All I did is order the banner and pay for it. I just want a banner with my art work. I am not a criminal that requires extensive investigation on. You see the photos. I don't know what else I can do.”

“We received the banner. We were very excited about it. The graphic turned out grainier than expected (this error could have been on our end due to graphic quality but it looked great in the rendering). What really is disappointing is that the banner tore down the middle the first time it was allowed to roll back into the case. It is now unuseable.”
