“I tried 4 or 5 times to upload our artwork and was unable to do that. I got a message that said artwork was uploaded successfully but when I tried to view the proof, I received an error message. Please contact me at paulawhite107@gmail.com or by phone at 210-710-6335 so we can correct this since we must have it by next Tuesday, August 23, 2022 The last several times I ordered a retractable banner from you, I had no problems uploading our artwork. Please advise. Thank you.”

“I wanted to pay with Paypal, but I tried 3x and each time it reverted the shipping address to my billing address - i had to retype the shipping address and pay directly with a cc since the other flow using paypal wouldn't permit the correction.”

“The first one the text of our logo was cut off at the top even though it was within the safety line and then the banner was unable to be retracted on the 10th or 11th use and we had to throw it away. Giving it another chance and hoping the 2nd time is a charm. If not, will order from another company.”

“Bleed lines are not correct on web tool. This caused an error in my first order and had to reorder. I strongly suggest the tool be revamped for proper bleed and cut lines.”

“Not great. I'm a repeat customer and we have spent tens of thousands on this site. Love the product but this time your website won't accept my artwork even though it met all the requirements. I spoke to Bill in Customer Service and he basically told there was nothing he could do. This order is only happening because I suggested a work around. This happens again, next time we'll move to a different company.”

“I tried to call customer service. on hold three times for over a half hour each time because no call back when I chose that option. Your website easy to use but I need to request tax exempt and thought I would see a proof before ordering.”
