“Intially the phone call was polite and informative, however as I wasn't ready to make an immediate decision the call handlers attitude became abit abrupt and pushy. I was interested in the new quote but just needed more time to consider it, but this wasn't what he wanted to hear. Infact he wanted me to set up a direct debit and then if I wasn't 100% to cancel within my cooling off window. Due to the rude attitude at the end of the call I will not be pursuing a policy through yourselves.”

“Received a call for Life Insurance quote. At this time l already had a Life Insurance however, after discussing my policy with Gary at the end of the call for an extra £10 l got Life Insurance for myself and hubby for the same amount and length but with no additional cost to us, terminal cover added for the both us. A few weeks later received a call to see if we were happy which was a nice touch and not only that we are awaiting Trust documents if the worst happened to us who receives the payout. Really, grateful l took that call. Thank you to Gary and the team.”

“I emailed on 25th October asking to be opted out of these phone calls and STILL received one on Thursday. Even after explaining I had opted out the man on the phone continued his spiel forcing me to hang up. I'm sure your services are great but please respect the wishes of the people who don't want to be contacted!”

“Had a call a few months ago, heard the guy out and explained my situation, he said he'd call back. He continued to call me for months, didn't get the message from my unanswered calls that I wasn't interested. Blocked the number so he called me from a private number. When I eventually answered and said I wasn't interested he called back and left me a voicemail message saying that I shouldn't have led him on! The more a company hounds me, the less interested I am. Not impressed with this pushy company. Also, I compared my life insurance policy using a comparison website, and it was pennies off the cheapest anyway!”
