“Taking out life insurance has been something I've been thinking about for a long while. Rhys happened to call at a time when I had 5 minutes to discuss this. He is funny, smart, very knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease with the whole process. Not at all pushy, very highly recommended, such a lovely guy. Enjoy coffee.”

“Polite broker, but they signed me up to something that wasn't made clear. I recorded my phone calls and at no point was it explained it was three separate policies and not one. I then got hounded almost daily, to sign on the dotted line, but have declined as I still have an old policy in place.”

In the past 2 years I have had so many conversations with companies like this one, and honestly trying to get through it is like pulling teeth! However, this time I got Rhys, and he could not have been any more helpful. Answered every question and scenario i put in front of him. Not only that he made the whole process so easy for myself, giving me numerous options and explaining everything perfectly that i understood the entire thing, his customer service is impeccable! Not only that this hero got me an amazing deal at a much lower price than what I was originally paying. I cannot thank Rhys enough for the help. THE MAN NEEDS A RAISE!
