“Dealt with Terry on this occasion who was always very polite and professional. And found him down to earth and realistic. I had a insurance cover if out of work if I'm ill or injured. The first quote was quite expensive and I wouldn't I had it . But when he arranged another call he said I've found a much cheaper one for you ,and it was cheaper so I took the insurance. He wasn't pushy on my other life insurance which I preferred as it's too off putting. When people push too hard .And said that ones fine it's only £2 difference. So id definitely deal with Terry again.”

He explained everything in detail without hesitating and frequently asked if I understood what was being said he insured. “Damion (I hope I spelled that right) was absolutely brilliant, had the time to dumb things right down for me (which is brilliant for a Neanderthal like me), got me the best deal which was brilliant although on a couple of occasions needed to call me back due to the call cutting out I’m not sure wether that was on my side or his side but other than that, absolutely spot on and I’ve had no hesitation in suggesting or recommending this company to a few others”
