“Worst company ever. No phon number. Refuse to answer emails. Won’t tell me my cancellation rights. In short I am paying for a phone I don’t have and they won’t send another or refund. Never use! Amazon delivered the next day”

“After much deliberation over what smart phone to buy (Ive had an iPhone 5 for ever and its suited me in terms of reliability and size), whether new or used and from what supplier. I've opted for a pristine used Apple 13mini from Reboxed. After 2 to 3 weeks of ownership I am very pleased - its pristine as described ( a relief and one concern eliminated) - turned up in a timely manner and nicely packaged - it works as it should and, more importantly . I'm able to work with it ( a rellef as my other concern was around loss of button and a loss of operational famiarity: these concerns have largely been unfounded). So I'm delighted and would follow this Reboxed path again.”

“Pleased with my Samsung Galaxy S22 but disappointed by the lack of technical detail before purchase, particularly the fact that the phone has no SD card slot. Otherwise very satisfied.”
